He is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, American Bar Association, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Accreditation Council of Accountancy & Taxation, National Society of Accountants, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and the National Notary Association.

 Before forming the company, Harold was a controller for multiple construction companies for over 12 years. There, he mastered Job Costing and Analytical Thinking in the construction industry. Harold has the experience and knowledge for multiple levels of accounting services and tax issues our clients may have.
